The first step in better emotional management is becoming aware when you are having feelings and what they are communicating to you and others. This course will help you to better understand why you have emotions and what purpose they serve in your relationship with God and others. We will explore the first step in emotional management through becoming more self-aware and learn a few skills on how to manage them once you are aware.
