Tips & Tools For Overcoming Anxiety & Depression


Medication and professional counseling are all too often considered the only approaches for anxiety and depression. While these may be needed, they are not the only beneficial approaches. In this class, proven self care tools will be unpacked in a group discussion format. Members will be encouraged to participate in this interactive class and to share from their own experiences.
