CHRIS & SARA SHORT

Chris and Sara Short have been married since August 2004 and have have 4 teenage daughters. Both Chris & Sara are on staff at Real Life and love helping marriages succeed.

CRAIG & SHERRI MILES

Craig and Sherri have been married for over 27 years. Craig has been in full-time ministry for 28 years and on staff at Real Life for over 21 years. Sherri was on staff at Real Life for nearly 20 years before retiring earlier this year. They have four children, two of which are married, and 3 grandchildren. Spending time with their kids and grandkids is one of their great joys. Craig and Sherri also love to create new experiences through traveling together, and enjoy hiking and fishing. They have a heart for seeing God strengthen and restore marriages and family relationships.

JIM & LORI PUTMAN

Jim and Lori Putman have been married for 34 years. They have 3 boys, 3 amazing daughter n laws, 5 grandkids, and 1 more on the way. Jim and Lori were in youth ministry for 10 years and helped plant Real Life Ministries 24 years ago. They are both very passionate about living out discipleship in relational environments in the home, life groups, and around the world. Lori loves being a mom and grandma and is blessed to do life with their kids and grandkids who all live locally. Jim loves sports and hunting. They both love being in the outdoors.

BLAKE & ANDREA WHITEMAN

Blake and Andrea Whiteman are high school sweethearts who have been together for 22 years, 15 of those years married. They have a daughter Layne who is 11 and son Hudson who is 8. They are both very passionate about relational discipleship in the home, church, community and in the world. Andrea loves being a mom and a CrossFit coach for youth. Blake loves sports and hunting. They both love being in the outdoors and anything that makes them laugh.

BILL & JILL KRAUSE

Bill and Jill Krause have been happily married for over 31 years, and are the proud parents of four wonderful children: Josh who is Married to Ruth, Matt, Annie, and Billy. They have two grandsons, Zach and Henry. Jill enjoys floral design being a mom and grandma. Bill has served in located ministry for 40 years in a variety of roles. Both Bill and Jill believe in and work toward living out God's design for the home as well as sharing that gift with other families.

JIM & CHRISTY BLAZIN

Jim and Christy Blazin have been married for 36 years. They are blessed with 2 adult children, 2 'in-laws' by marriage, 5 grandchildren and one large yellow lab that thinks he's human. Jim and Christy have served together in the local church for 35 years, focused primarily on small groups and fellowshipping around the Word of God. They have served at RLM since 1998. Jim and Christy both share a passion for teaching the Word and equipping others to feed themselves on God's truth. They love sharing transparently about marriage and how God can redeem every challenge for HIS good purpose. The Blazins love the outdoors, working and playing hard, European WW II history and British mysteries.

GABE & AUBREY CLEAVE

Gabe and Aubrey have been married for 13 years and are the parents of 3 amazing children: Stella, Ruby and Beau. Gabe has been on staff at Real Life for almost 11 years now. Before becoming the campus Pastor at Real Life Hayden He was the High School Youth Pastor followed by the Young Adult Pastor. Gabe and Aubrey both love camping, finding new places to eat, traveling to warm places in the winter, and doing ministry with each other. Together, Gabe and Aubrey have taken several couples through marriage counseling and love to see marriages thrive.

PAUL SOHRWEIDE

Paul and Debe Sohrweide have been married since 1998, coming together as a blended family with seven children. In the past 24+ years their children have all grown, as well as their family, now with 10 grandchildren. Paul and Debe have served in ministry with RLM for more than 22 years, serving in childrens ministry, marriage ministry, the business forum and life groups. Paul loves working with people to help them reach their dreams and goals. Debe loves her garden and chickens, but most of all she loves being a YaiYai to their grandchildren.

CHRIS WAGNER

Chris and Becky Wagner have been married for over 21 years. We have three grown children with three grandkids. Chris is employed at Real Life and Becky is a retired nurse. Chris and Becky both enjoy travelling and spending time with their grandchildren.
