SENIOR CONNECT - PF Campus
FRIDAYS 12:30 - 2:30PM POST FALLS CAMPUS, BLDG 2, Auditorium
Seniors meet together to sing, study the Bible, have great discussions, and enjoy a potluck lunch (Main dishes, side dishes and snacks/desserts are appreciated and are provided by those attending Senior Connect).

Meets Wednesdays in room 112, 12-2pm

STRETCH AND FIT CLASS (ages 18 & above) - Last Class is on May 20. Resumes again on September 9. Watch and Follow this Video over the Summer!
TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS / 1-2 PM / The Courts at the Post Falls Campus
Join us for this co-ed class on strength and stretching through various exercises adapted to what you can do.
