We will be offering developmental Co-ed Youth Basketball this winter. This is an opportunity to connect your child into a fun environment that will develop them as athletes and instill values that will positively impact their lives. We have intentionally built a unique youth sports program that integrates character and integrity into youth sports. We utilize a philosophy that emphasizes life skills development so that each kid can win on and off the field. We want to partner with parents to further develop the character and integrity of their child based on Christian values.
To make our league successful, we are looking for head coaches, assistant coaches, day game volunteers, set up and tear down help, score/stat keepers, concession workers and referees. If you are interested in volunteering, we would love to talk with you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get involved or let us know when you register your child.
This program will be for youth in 1st grade to 6th grade (as of September 5, 2023).
Our divisions shall include no less than 4 teams and no more than 12 teams. Each team will have 8-10 players on a team. Should a division not get enough participants for 4 teams of 8 players, we will cancel that division and refund those fees.
Each player can make ONE player request when they register. Both players must request each other to guarantee they will be on the same team. Players must be able to practice on either Monday or Tuesday nights. We are unable to guarantee a practice night. Additionally, we will not move players once the season has begun. Once the season has started on January 7, 2024, if the player wants a different team for whatever reason, the only option will be a refund. We are unable to process refunds after picture day (Saturday, January 13th).
Divisions shall be as follows (game times are subject to change until schedule is set - we may have to add another time slot):
1st and 2nd Grade (Games either at 8 am to 9 am)
3rd and 4th Grade (Games either at 10:15 am or 11:15 am)
5th and 6th Grade (Games at 12:15 pm or 1:15 pm)
Our season will start on Monday, January 8th. Practices will either be on Monday nights or Tuesday nights. Practice times each of those nights will be at either 5:20 pm. 6:15 pm or 7:15 pm. There will only be one practice a week and one game a week. All games will be played on Saturdays (starting January 20th). There will be no games on Saturday, February 10th. Season will end with Cereal Madness Games (every team will play) on Saturday, March 2nd.
There are scholarships available. Please email email@example.com to inquire about scholarships available.
