Safety & MEDICAL Team Ministry

Vision

To create a safe, welcoming, and peaceful environment where all who enter can worship in peace, serve, and grow in faith without fear or distraction.


Purpose

The purpose of Real Life Ministries Safety Team is to protect the people, property, and peace of our church community through preparedness, vigilance, and compassion. We strive to:

  • Ensure the safety of all members, guests, and staff during worship services, events, and throughout the week.
  • Respond to emergencies with professionalism, empathy and calm.
  • Support a culture of hospitality while maintaining readiness and awareness.
  • Collaborate with church leadership and local authorities to implement best practices in safety and security.

We serve not just as safety team volunteers over Real Life Ministries campuses, but as stewards and disciples of Jesus—honoring both safety and the spirit of grace.
